hi all !
i just thought it would be fun to discuss Le Roi Soleil, from songs, actors, dancers to anything involving the musical really


I havent seen the musical besides the clips from the official site and some from interviews but i must say it looks spectacular !

Have any of you international fans seen it ?

Im so glad and surprised that these 7 wonderful artists have 'popstars' all over them ive never seen that happen before, that they take the main artists and make them a 'popgroup'
its pretty awsome i think!

Im in love with Christophe Mae's voice i just love how he sings Ca Marche and Un geste de Vous, and everything he sings really

What is my favote song... good question!!!I like all of them but I must admit "ça marche"is one of my favorite, in the show it's unbelievable...

My favourite is also 'Ca Marche'.

And I have seen the show and yes it blew me away - fantastic - so I am already planning a return in September.

They were really nice after the show coming out to sign autographs and have pictures taken (except Merwan who is actually my favourite!).

im also planning, or rather hoping to travel to Paris to see them but as they are so popular it makes me wonder if there will be any tickets left

I love Christophe, hes got such a strong personality, and it gets better when he sings. Hes got an amazing voice.
Merwan is so cool hes got a beautiful voice

Cathialine has got such a beautiful voice, its so soft yet strong !
shes definetly my favorite !

i really enjoy the song 'La Vie Passe' and 'Un Geste de Vous' with Lysa
but my favorites are still the songs with Christophe, hes great

I've never seen the show and only heard 4 of the songs. I've heard Je faise de toi mon essentiel, Etre a la hauter, Tant qu'on reve encore and la vie passe and love them all.

I especially love Emmanuel and Christophe's voices.

i love that it so perfect for Merwan, like his personality in the show and the personality in real life, he looks as strong and powerfull as he sounds in that song i think !

Hey everyone,

Jadezan- I am an international fan and I saw the musical in December it was so amazing!!!! Now that i think back on it, it seems just like a dream. Could anything so brilliant be real? Unfortunately when I went it was sort off a school trip (even though there were only 3 students; that is including me) so I wasn't allowed to wait at the end to get an autograph which i am still very upset about. However, nothing and no one will stop me going to see it again at the end of this year. i can honestly say that it is the best musical EVER! The seven main performers are so suited to their parts and compliment eachother so well that it just makes it more magical.

As for what my favorite song is, I honestly wouldn't be able to decide i love so many of them. In fact I don't dislike any of them. I can never skip songs when I am listening to the CD, I have to listen to all of them! Whenever I am stressed, tired or upset all I have to do is listen to the CD,think of Emmanuel and le roi soleil and I feel better instantaneously!

Well, my favorite songs are: Tent qu'on reve ancore (sorry if it isn't correct the name), mon essentiel , and every song that I've have ever heard from "Le Roi Soleil".

im a big dance fan, i love any kind of dancing !
and the dance/koreographies in LRS are just great

of the little i have seen the coreographies look so fun to dance and so different considering what the musical is about

and dont forget about the amazing costumes !
must be really fun to wear those dresses and suits, its like a maskquerade haha

one thing that really amuses me is the hair or Christophes role, the brother of the king !
