FINDING INTERNATIONAL FANS

Coucou,
I wonder where all the international fans are. All you guys from Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, England, Germany...
There should be a way that there are more fans talking in this section here...

Unfortunately, not many people react on this post here...
I know there are so many fans out there...maybe they just don't know that there is an international section, too...
It is still so quiet here. I would need help for advertising this section to the foreign fans, too.
I am studying french now, but it will take ages to talk it properly...so, of course all the french fans are welcome at the english section, too.
I just hope that there will be some life in here.
I have to admit that I have not been very active in here, too the last few weeks, but I am happy about every reaction I get, so write messages .
I will certainly answer them!!!

Hi Anna Maria, I'm Marta from Spain. I'm member of this forum since last November. But I prefer to post my messages in French . I like both languages, but I have to improve both. For the moment, German it's too difficult for me .
Anyway, I write in this section to let you know that I'm a big fan of Emmanuel, although he´s not known in my country (like the most part of French singers) And I think that hearing songs in french it's a good way of learning.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I would love to post my messages in french, too. I am learning french at school now, but it is a long process.
I have the goal to be able to talk french with Emmanuel someday:love:
So, maybe you can teach me some french and I can help you improving your English (my bf is from Ireland).

Hi Anna Maria!!! It's nice that your goal is to be able to talk french with Emmanuel someday. I think that if I'm in front of him I'll forgive all my french, my english and also my spanish cause i'll be without words. I suppose that I would tell him that I can't spend even a single day without listening his music...

Hi Anna Maria,
Unfortunately I haven't seen Manu in concert yet. Biarritz was the nearet place for me in his tour, but I had to work, so I couldn't go. It´s easy for me if he sings in Biarritz or maybe Toulose, cities in the south of France, or Paris because I could find flights easily... But I find another problem, how I can buy the tickets? Yes I know Internet, but I'm not sure that I they can send me the tickets from France to Spain... Well, I don`t know when or where but I will go.

que tal? I know the problem you have with buying the tickets.
In Germany I did not really have the chance, too to get the ticket for Manu's concert but then I have contacted viennaoffice.at and they were so kind and helped me. They have sent the ticket to Germany and everything worked out well with them.
I can't imagine that it would be a big problem for ticketnet.fr for instance to send over the Manu tickets to Spain (you should try them sometime).
Next year he will definately tour in Southern France, too I can imagine and you will have the chance to see him

Hi Ste, he's not known in Spain, as the main part of french singers. I know Emmanuel thanks to a friend who lives in Paris, she let me a Cd of the musical 'Le Roi Soleil', and I discovered his albums thanks to Internet. Is he known in Italy?

you know, to me it happend the same thing, a friend who goes in erasmus gives me a cd with some frech artist and i knew emmanuel )!

Hi, i love too his version of 'Pour que tu m'aimes encore' Kaiser!!! It was one the first french songs that I liked (Celine Dion) when I was in High School learning french, and when I hear Manu singing it... I really love it.

I'm from Italy!! I'm 16 and I love emmanuel's music from 2006, when he starded with le rois soleil.. It's very difficult for me follow the news of emmanuel from there.. I'm very happy to see that there are other fans not just french! thanks for this forum!

a fan from the UK here!

I first saw Manu in LRS in 2005 and again in 2006 (twice) and at the Sunday Matinee at Bercy in 2007.

A swedish friend who is a huge fan persuaded me to see him at Casino de Paris and I really enjoyed the show even though I hadn't liked the cd that much.

Seeing Cabaret on 1 October and again on 16 December - and probably a few times in between - I saw the original French version at folies maybe 40 times and danced on stage with the emcee many times!

I know many of the performers of the new version, but not Manu!

His version of "Pour Que tu m'aimes encore" is one of my favourites - as is Jean-Jaques Goldman!
